For most accurate measurements, measure around the fullest part with your arm relaxed down by your sides.
WAIST MEASUREMENT:
For most accurate measurements, measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, generally around the belly button.
HIPS MEASUREMENT:
For most accurate measurements, measure around the fullest part of your hips. Your hips usually correspond to the highest (top) part of your legs, or about 8 inches below your belly button.
